My laptop is sending no picture to my screen.
I have a laptop that won't show any video picture. It doesn't connect to my built-in screen or through HDMI to a separate monitor. Even the BIOS screen does not display anything. My fan turns on, and the battery lights are working too. But the keyboard with the backlight does not light up. What is wrong? I can't change the RAM because it is fixed inside the laptop. This model is an acer swift 3 n19h3
