What's your CPU cooler ?
it a normal fan AVC or somthing but what i can montion that i have a friend who tweaked it and it verry Noisy also perfect!
That might be the reason of your problems. Never overclock without a decent cooler.
i understand but there is no other solution for this to oc btw i took a screen shoot of the cpu temps
These are the temps when the cpu is at 25 percents, I don't care about that. Run a heavy game or a benchmark for 15 minutes then take a screen of the temps.

im doing a heavyload benchmark at 100% load i will post you imgs after 15 min and thanks in advance.
here is the load at 100% after just exiting the app it back immedetly at 31-29c
