use DDU and remove all old drivers, then install new drivers. Google DDU, its easy to find on Guru3d website
Make sure you download the latest drivers FIRST, then do what DDU asks you to do.

It was high spec'd. Not now. You should've paired the K suffix processor with a Z series chipset motherboard. Is Fortnite the only game you're having frame drops with? Outside of AC: Odyssey, what games have you played without frame drops? Don't list etc here.
Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard and then you can try uninstalling and reinstalling your GPU drivers and see if that helps with frame rates.

I know it's not a the best gaming pc money can buy, but it's still well above the requirements of Fortnite.
I don't know what a K suffix processor is. I don't play any other games than Fortnite and Assassin's Creed so i am not sure if other games would lag. I have tried a few other fps games without any fps drops. I will try updating the bios and see if that works, thanks ! I recently reinstalled windows including all drivers which didn't fix the problem
