Here is my dxdiag: https://pastebin.com/3CQTWhzs After turning on and off Window's new Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling and trying some overclocks, my GPU's voltage stays stuck and barely changes even when it takes a lot of load. During a FurMark stress test, the heat averages around 58C, but the GPU load hits 99%, and the voltage only climbs to 662mV (and it doesn't seem like the load is actually making any difference since it often drops back down to 625mV). The voltage just jumps all over the place. Before this, my GPU would go up to at least 800mV before slowing down or getting hot, so I don't know what's wrong. This wasn't a problem before, and I've even gone to the trouble of reinstalling Windows, reinstalling drivers after a clean wipe with DDU, and resetting/updating the BIOS. It was never a problem before when I toggled hardware accelerated scheduling on, nor when I overclocked my GPU before, and it happens even without any overclocking software running. I'm completely stuck here.

Basically, my voltage keeps rising by itself. When I turn off my computer and start it again, it drops back down to 625mV before slowly climbing up to 631mV. On the other hand, even though games like Apex Legends use my dedicated GPU, neither Chrome nor Firefox are pulling power from it while hardware acceleration is enabled. That part feels strange because Edge seems to be picking up and using my graphics card just right (I tested this by checking https://alteredqualia.com/tmp/webgl-maxparams-test/).
