Hey guys,
I have some graphical issues like dithering and glitching etc. and that's really annoying.
Could you check these photos, please:

When I put MSAA to 2x, FPS drops to 37 from 75. Are those normal things?
Note:
It's vanilla, I don't have any visual mods.
Settings:
everything on ultra except Grass Quality and Shadow Quality.
AMD Radeon Software:
19.11.3
Game Version:
Latest (Steam)
My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X
MB: MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX (BIOS Updated)
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz
GPU: Sapphire RX 580 8GB Nitro+
PSU: Cooler Master VS650 (2018)
CASE: MSI MAG Vampiric 010M
1080p@75Hz
Windows 10 (Latest)
Note:
New system but all drivers installed.

You’re likely using drivers for GPU versions 19.12.2 or 19.12.3. To properly update them, utilize DDU to completely eliminate your existing graphics driver installation and then re-install the newest version through a manual process, elevated with administrator privileges (right-click installer > Run as Administrator).
Furthermore, could you specify which edition of Windows 10 you’re running? “Latest” is often mentioned before the specific version number is revealed. Lastly, what BIOS version are you currently utilizing?

I was previously using version 19.12.3, however I experienced problems and subsequently reverted to 19.11.3; nevertheless, I will attempt to update my drivers.

I’ve upgraded my drivers to version 19.12.3, which resolved the majority of issues.
