This issue has arisen recently and isn’t overly concerning, as my computer is relatively new. While gaming, the game frequently freezes, followed by a system sleep cycle and then returning to normal operation, however, the game invariably crashes precisely when the PC initiates a sleep mode. I’m unsure of the root cause, but it's frustrating and irritating.

PC specifications:
Motherboard: Gigabyte a 320m-S2H
CPU: Ryzen 24000G with Vega
RAM: DDR4 Patriot Viper 8 Gb x1
GPU: Sapphire RX 480 8Gb

I utilize two displays due to its importance as my work station.

What is the brand and version of your power supply unit? What are the temperatures of your processor and graphics card while playing a game?
