I’ve explored Nvidia 3D settings, Battery mode at high performance, and a BIOS update, but I’m still struggling to resolve the issue. Previously, I was able to achieve consistent frame rates before reinstalling Windows. Please see the attached screenshot showing the problem in Overwatch’s main menu: https://imgur.com/a/KNi1RS7

The integrated graphics processor is being utilized by the central processing unit. The graphics card must be activated.

Describe the steps to activate the dedicated graphics card. You have already adjusted the settings in Nvidia 3D Settings.
