Turn off xmp first and see if it works. Adjust memory settings to 3200, primary timings (16-18-18-36), and DRAM voltage to 1.35v. If successful, the xmp profile is optimized for Intel. You can stick with these settings or refine them slightly for better results, though gains will be minimal.
