My frame rate has drastically decreased in all of the games I launch!
Approximately two weeks ago, I was gaming and decided to begin creating video recordings, leading me to investigate methods for increasing my frames per second to improve visual quality. However, after implementing various techniques, my FPS unexpectedly decreased to 30 across all games. I’ve performed a complete PC/Windows reset seven times without resolution. I've exhausted numerous potential solutions but nothing has worked. It’s also possible this issue arose from my efforts to optimize FPS. My system is a "Lenovo LEGION Y520 Gaming Laptop."
My specifications are: Intel i5 7300k, Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 with 4gb of memory, and 8gb of RAM. Please assist me.
That appears to be utilizing the internal camera, not your dedicated graphics card; adjustments will be necessary.
It appears you’ve made significant errors with the environment. Due to your interference, do you remember the alterations you implemented? Are you able to revert them? Is the frame rate set to 30 frames per second during recording? That computer is not sufficiently powerful for high-quality streaming.

I previously reset my PC, which means it is now operating with its original factory specifications.
Furthermore, I achieve a 30 frames per second frame rate on the most demanding graphics settings possible (though I am not recording when my frame rates are lower).
Did you connect your display to the graphics card rather than the primary circuit board?
