i don't understand why my fps is only half of the cap, but i'm calling my games to check. i'm unsure what's causing it, can anyone help? this issue happened after i turned on automatic tuning, even though i disabled it, and it still shows half the rate. i have an amd 7 5700x3d rtx 4060 with 24gb ram and 3 8gb sticks.

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
You mentioned games, what are the names to said games and where did you source the installer for said games?
