Over the last three seasons, I've consistently encountered frame rate drops, fluctuating from 144 (capped) to 20 or below. This issue isn't related to hardware, as I maintain over 120 frames per second with no lag or drops in all other games, including GTA V. I suspect the problem lies with texture loading, as my frame rate remains stable in creative mode without any jumping or drops.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600x Six Core Processor
GPU: Radeon RX 590 Series
Motherboard: AB350-Gaming 3

Please advise if any additional information is required.

Recent history indicates that texture loading times can be extended or visuals may appear choppy following game updates, server problems, or maintenance periods, while other games operate smoothly. Consider reinstalling the game to investigate this issue. To help diagnose the problem, please list your system specifications including: CPU, Motherboard, RAM, SSD/HDD, GPU, PSU (including age), Chassis, and OS version (assuming Windows 10).
