I’m connected to the Wi-Fi adapter (Linksys EA6350) using a nearby Ethernet cable, but I’m facing problems with loading web pages and joining Discord calls. My mom’s laptop on the upper floor works fine on Discord, though it struggles with my computer. It seems the issue might be software-related, the router, or the modem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If it helps, unplugging and plugging it back in temporarily resolves the issue, but after a while it returns. To verify the IP address on her laptop, you can check it through the device settings or network information. If the IP changes as expected, you can adjust it via the router settings or contact your internet service provider for further assistance. Thanks!
