My device powers on, but the screen remains blank, and it won’t shut down.
My computer recently installed Windows 10, and unexpectedly while I was experimenting, it crashed, rendering me unable to shut down. Consequently, I removed the power cord, but now when it starts up, there’s a blank screen on my monitor. The monitor displays a message indicating it will enter power-saving mode whenever I turn it on or off, and after that, I’m unable to switch anything off; the screen remains black. 🙁

Detailed specifications for a typical gaming computer system?
Although unlikely, I successfully repaired a computer exhibiting identical problems last night by exchanging the CMOS battery. Initially, attempting to simply remove the battery for 30 seconds can reset the BIOS. If that proves unsuccessful, consider replacing the battery itself.
