Since I switched to a Ryzen 5 approximately one year ago, this issue has persisted continually. Initially, it occurred in almost every game, leading me to discontinue playing. I attempted numerous solutions, including repairing games, completely removing and reinstalling them, running Malwarebytes and CCleaner, and addressing broader audio problems by updating all my drivers. Recently, I discovered I possessed a significant backlog of obsolete drivers due to audio problems across my system, so I updated them all. I subsequently resolved the audio problem itself by reinstalling CS:GO and two out of three games functioned without issue. However, when attempting to run the third game, my entire computer crashed, and I was unable to reconnect. I am questioning whether the problem lies with my motherboard or if there are adjustments I can make on the software side.

Your complete specifications should be your initial point of reference.
Were you entirely reinstalled Windows during the upgrade process?

My hardware is sufficiently powerful, possessing a 960 graphics card and 16 gigabytes of memory. Despite this, I still encounter a watermark, and attempting to indicate an upgrade proved unsuccessful.

We rarely request comprehensive details spontaneously; we require information about the specific tools being utilized.

It’s advisable to perform a complete reset and reinstallation when incorporating significant hardware changes; standard Windows 10 installations aren’t designed to adapt this way, except for very specialized Windows-to-Go versions. Windows 10 attempts to manage issues when shortcuts are taken, as that’s a common behavior, but if you subsequently encounter difficulties after omitting this procedure, the initial action should always be to address it directly and thoroughly. Troubleshooting becomes significantly more challenging while operating with a makeshift system. A correct Windows 10 installation should therefore be your priority.

I’ll attempt that once I acquire a free storage device. Furthermore, I neglected to state it's exclusively for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It occurred with Dota on a few occasions, however, when considering Team Fortress 2, League of Legends, Fortnite, Halo on Xbox Live, Destiny, Minecraft, and so forth, there are no crashes. It's peculiar that it’s isolated to CSGO only.

I attempted this, and Dota unexpectedly closed down in a manner similar to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. I suspect CSGO might exhibit the same behavior. This problem only occurs with these two games. I haven’t experienced any difficulties with other titles, including recent releases like Grand Theft Auto, Destiny, and Arkham Knight (though I’m encountering a dialogue problem at the conclusion where it's absent, but the game runs perfectly otherwise). Could this be related to my motherboard? Specifically, it's an MSI X470 Gaming Plus.
