Hello everyone! I understand there are similar posts, but I'm truly struggling and haven’t been able to resolve my issue. My average FPS during gameplay is around 300, yet the experience feels incredibly jerky.
Here’s what I’ve attempted:
- Reinstalled the game application
- Optimized my computer for maximum performance (including NVIDIA settings, power plan adjustments, etc.)
- Updated all drivers (for all components)
- Configured all CS launch options
- Set my monitor to a 144Hz refresh rate
- Monitored temperatures (CPU and GPU consistently at 30-40°C)
- Reinstalled Windows operating system
- Completely rebuilt my computer hardware
I’m unsure of what steps to take next, and I'm hoping you can assist me. I suspect a potential memory leak, but I don’t know how to diagnose or correct it.
System Specifications:
i7 6700k (4.4 GHz)
GTX 1080Ti

I have a 100/50 Mbps internet connection and my average ping is between 10-50 with no packet loss.

Look for “msi frame time graph setup” to verify if there’s an issue; a mostly linear line indicates everything is normal.
It's best to capture some gameplay that appears sluggish, including the frametime graph, and share it here so others can identify the source of the problems.
