My Counter-Strike: Global Offensive game is experiencing intermittent freezes.

Yesterday, I attempted to connect some Bluetooth headphones using a Bluetooth adapter—it’s frustrating how expensive motherboards are these days, often lacking essential features like built-in Bluetooth or Wi-Fi! Unfortunately, the connection failed, and I’ve returned to using my wired earphones. Now, while gaming, the screen frequently freezes for approximately two seconds before returning to normal operation. I’m also experiencing occasional audio pauses during these freezes. Could someone offer assistance? I've already attempted reinstalling the game and checking for file integrity, and all my drivers are current.
My system details:
Intel Core i7-8600k
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
HP Elite 100i v2
ASUS Z370F motherboard
BenQ XL2411p monitor
16 GB 3200 MHz G.Skill RAM
