I've been checking the CPU usage using Task Manager. It's currently idle at 16%, with Chrome using 16%-20%. When I open some websites, it jumps to 30%, but then returns to normal. While playing MW, the game consumes 30% in the lobby, but in the game itself it increases to 50-55%. Noticing something when I started the game (I'm not sure if this service was running before) is that the Service Host takes up 22% of the CPU. During gaming, the combined usage can reach around 80%, though it usually stays near 71%.

Upon launching the reliability monitor, I observed approximately 15 critical errors in the past two weeks. Three involved windows not shutting down correctly, while the others affected game applications with malfunctions. One incident was a MW crash, another was a hardware error in Windows occurring about four days ago, and there are warnings about failed Windows updates.

In the event viewer, recent trends show zero errors and one warning in the last hour, one error and twelve warnings over the past 24 hours, 618 errors and 268 warnings in the past week, and 369 errors logged for appmodel runtime on Windows. DistributedCOM accounts for 200 errors, split between system and logged as Microsoft events, with 156 warnings related to it. DeviceSetupManager recorded five events, with 69 warnings attributed to Microsoft. I’m unsure what these details signify, but I wanted to include them.

I have 206 processes active, and I'm unsure which ones to terminate beyond those with clear identifiers, knowing their purposes.

You should be checking services or processes, as only a few items display CPU usage. The majority appear to be running, but only two show CPU details. You might need to review both services and processes to get a clearer picture.
