I assembled my PC in December 2017, and its performance has degraded. Games I previously ran smoothly, such as Just Cause 3 (though I no longer play Fortnite), now exhibit significant frame rate drops, especially when loading buildings. My drivers are current. My hardware specifications are: Graphics card – GeForce 1060 3GB; Processor – i5-6500; RAM – 16GB. Formerly, I could play Black Ops 4 without issues, but now I experience freezing during firefights. I have performed maintenance by cleaning my PC, uninstalling third-party antivirus software, and reducing startup applications. I am puzzled by the discrepancy in performance compared to similar hardware configurations online. My frame rate is consistently high, but I experience stuttering and major frame rate drops when interacting with the game.

Specify the power supply unit's manufacturer and model. Provide the CPU and GPU temperatures and usage percentages while playing the game.

Is this a new behavior for your computer? Have you installed any new hardware recently that might be causing this?
