My computer only powers on for a short time after inserting my GPU.
So what occurred was.
Yesterday Gaming suddenly showed that my monitor had lost signal. I had to restart and reset the monitor settings to get it working again, but after 10 to 15 minutes it regained the signal once more. It happened twice before I decided to re-plug the monitor cable. After testing by leaving the computer on, it remained stable for over 30 minutes before I powered it down, thinking the issue might be resolved. But today when I turned it on via the power button, it only lit up for a brief moment—just a second or less (the fan and light were on briefly). Did the isolation method or the GPU insertion process cause this problem? Or could it be related to the PSU? I haven't installed any new hardware or software recently. Is there a solution or how to fix it? (GPU or PSU)

OK, we know the chipset and the manufacturer, but we still don't know the board number. For all I know, Galax make a number of different boards using the H310M chipset. That's why I requested the full part numbers. As before, full part number of the PSU please, not just its claimed output power and the manufacturer. If you don't know the model number, check the label stuck on the side of the PSU. Given the negative remarks that came back when I entered 1stPlayer PSU, I suspect your unit has died. https://forums. If you can find the exact model number of your 500W PSU in a Tier List and it's lower than Tier-C, it's not surprising it's died after 5 years. If you're very unlucky, it might have killed the mobo, CPU or GPU. Tier-A units are the best. Tier-B is OK(ish) for mid range builds. Tier-C for office PCs. Anything down in Tier-F is a fire hazard waiting explode.
