Last week, I completed the construction of my personal computer and installed it independently. However, when running games, my display turns black, accompanied by audio disruptions, occasionally manifesting in shades of purple, blue, and white. The only solution is to reboot the machine using the power button. Occasionally, a crash results in a blue screen of death. I’m uncertain how to proceed. My components are recent, and the manufacturer's warranty remains valid. It’s possible a driver issue is responsible – I have examined the problem using bluescreenview, but no conclusive data emerged. My hardware is silent; there are no unusual noises produced. I believe a drive conflict might be at fault, though I am unsure how to identify the specific driver. Furthermore, my drivers are all current versions.

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Crucial CT500 SSD
Corsair VS 550
GTX 1650 Windforce
Corsair Vengeance 8x2
Gigabyte B450M DS3H
TP-Link WiFi

If you think drivers are causing issues, try removing your present graphics card driver and installing an earlier version. Alternatively, I suggest monitoring your GPU and processor temperatures while playing games to confirm that overheating isn’t the root cause.

Unfortunately, I have attempted both approaches unsuccessfully.

Subsequently, it would be beneficial to present an alternative phrasing of the text. Also, could you please indicate approximately when within the game the issues typically begin?

Occasionally, it takes between 10 and 30 minutes to occur. Other times, it will freeze on a black-and-white or purple screen, and occasionally the computer will crash with a blue screen of death.
