Hey, I upgraded my PC from Ryzen 3 3600, RX 580 to a Ryzen 7 5800X, RX 6800 16GB XFX. The problem is that my desktop is underperforming and running slow even when not playing demanding games, which is mostly what I watch (1080p). Anyone know why this might be happening?

How did you come to the conclusion that your system is underperforming?
When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
