I own a Dell G15 Laptop equipped with:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 6000
GPU: RTX 3050

It’s been in use for about three years, but I haven’t really utilized it until recently. There seems to be an issue with games not functioning properly on it. I’ve made the necessary updates—drivers, OS, Direct X, GeForce—but it still doesn’t work. The curious situation involves Apex Legends; it’s the only game that runs when the laptop isn’t connected to a power source. When the battery drops to around 7%, the game automatically lowers its graphics settings until I plug it back in. Once connected, the visuals improve and the game behaves as expected. I continue playing until the graphics reach about 20%, after which it freezes and crashes. It only restarts when I unplug it again. I’m not an expert, but I’m convinced the graphics card is still functional, given how new the machine is. I’m frustrated because I keep hoping it will work and don’t know what to do next.
