Alright. The processor isn't reaching its advertised 3.7 gigahertz speed across all of its cores. Has Intel Turbo Boost been turned off within the BIOS settings?
You’re utilizing a three-module memory arrangement. This configuration is likely contributing to your current problems. Is it operating in dual channel mode?
You can verify this using Cpu-Z:

Execute the program and select the Memory tab. What does it display for Channel?
