As mentioned in the title, my PC frequently drops frames while gaming. The games I play include League of Legends, Terraria, ARK, and Escape From Tarkov. The performance deteriorates significantly, causing the screen to freeze and drop to as low as 6 frames. Recently, I've also noticed FPS issues in Google Chrome.

My system details are:
GPU: GeForce RTX 2080 Ti
Driver Version: 451.67
RAM: 2x16gb sticks
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz
