Hey there! Your PC with a Core i7 6700K, GTX 960, and 16 GB RAM seems to be struggling lately. Previously, you were getting around 250-300 FPS in Minecraft Java, but now it's only 10-30 FPS. I checked the Task Manager and everything looked normal, you have plenty of space (1.61 TB), and temperatures were within a reasonable range (55-65°C). Could there be something else affecting performance? Thanks!

Please also state the OS version (not edition) if you're using Windows 10. Verify your BIOS version at this moment. If you lack BIOS and have an OS update pending, focus on reinstalling the chipset driver. Retrieve the most recent version from your motherboard manufacturer's support page and install it via an elevated command. Use DDU to remove your GPU drivers, then download the latest from Nvidia's support site.
Install the driver through an elevated command as well—this means right-click the installer and select Run as Administrator.
