My brief opinion of Rise of The Tomb Raider
My brief opinion of Rise of The Tomb Raider
I understand it's been a while since purchase, but I decided to buy it today. Here’s what I thought about it. The visuals are incredible—I’ve never seen a game this impressive. The gameplay is top-notch with plenty of exploration options and extensive content. There’s a diverse selection of weapons and upgrades available. The optional tombs add an extra layer of challenge and fun. While it might not be a perfect port, it runs smoothly on my system and should work well even on lower-end hardware with good graphics settings. If you love Tomb Raider or the series, you’ll definitely enjoy this title. Some might find this discussion unhelpful, but I wanted to share it in case anyone was hesitant. It’s late, I’ve been playing since 7 PM and haven’t finished yet.
I hope you weren't already there! It's nice to hear you enjoy it, and I'll likely pick it up again soon.
This game captivated me from the start, and I completed the entire story in 100% after finishing it all—no time for side quests or extra content. I did it in just 30 hours on a tough difficulty level over three days.
I don't usually enjoy Tomb Raider in its original version, but the 2013 release really caught my attention. It stands out as one of my top picks. The game builds on the original concept while offering fresh twists—different enemies, new exploration, and a more assured Lara character. It's an excellent title, even if it puts a strain on my graphics card at high settings. Still, at 900p I can maintain over 30 FPS with all features enabled.
Sure, the earlier versions were tougher, but I still need to consider some of the difficulties in this new game.
Nothing compared to the old Games. It took hours to solve some Puzzles.
