My 5 10600k oc is now running at 5.0

So I changed my i5 10600k from stock speed to 5.0 ghz, and now when it sits still, the temps are between 35 and 40 degrees. When I use it, they go up to about 70 or 75 degrees. Is that okay?

Yeah, you need those loads to stay below 80 degrees Celsius if possible.

I only did a quick check on Cinebench R20 with multiple cores, but the CPU temperature was at 84 degrees. Is that okay?

That is really high. What cooler are you using? Try running prime 95 small gift test and monitoring temps with hwinfo. What does the temp get up to? When my pc is on, the highest number it shows for CPU power is 44. But when I open NZXT Cam, it says 62 or even higher. I am confused because HWInfo says around 44 while NZXT Cam says 65.

I checked Cinebench one more time using all my cores and the temperature is 79 degrees Celsius. I also turned up my fans to their extreme setting, which was already high before this check.
