I own an MX Keys keyboard paired with the provided wireless dongle (not using Bluetooth). I also have an MX Master mouse connected to the same dongle.
I’m experiencing intermittent issues where the keyboard stops working and the LED on the #1 key either activates or flashes for 5 to 20 seconds before resuming normal function. This is very bothersome.
The dongle is connected to the back of my PC, which is about three feet away from both the keyboard and mouse.
Do you think there’s a possible cause for this problem?

Attempt to shorten the distance between the dongle and the mouse/keyboard using a USB cable or extension. I'm planning to check if this is the keyboard you're using; Logitech MX Keys Mini Wireless Illuminated Keyboard. It has a minimalist design, spherical backlighted keys, sturdy construction, emoji and dictation features, smart lighting, and more. Visit www.logitech.com. Since it includes LEDs in the top right corner, in the first row. Have you installed their app? Download - MX Keys Mini support.logi.com

Thanks for your reply. I've since discovered that this is a common problem with Logitech MX unifying receivers, and that the best solution is to use bluetooth instead. So the main learning is: best not to touch Logitech "unifying" receivers with a barge pole!
