Hello! I'm considering my first ship purchase, but most of my friends aren't interested in this game, so I'll be the lone traveler. The main question is whether I can operate a multi-crew ship by myself or if all stations require manning. I'm interested in playing as a trader, transporter, or hauler and have been browsing ships. All vessels with large cargo bays are multi-crew ships.
Currently there’s no way to buy new ships using in-game credits. This feature should appear once the game is released and players can complete transactions properly. You’re likely correct, or ships will only be bought with real money at that time.
