Hello everyone, welcome to the new year. Today I wanted to share what happened with my Intel 7i7 3770K processor. After rebooting with the new settings turned off, the system booted into BIOS but froze after just three seconds. I pressed the reboot button, but nothing appeared on the screen. When I tried the CMOS reset, Windows 10 loaded fine and I entered BIOS successfully. However, pressing F1 again caused a black screen once more. I attempted the CMOS button again but chose to start Windows 10 without any BSOD or error messages. After rebooting, the screen remained black with no beep or error code. I tried removing the battery and using the pin, but it still wouldn’t boot properly. I’m unsure if the BIOS is damaged or if the CPU is malfunctioning, but I can access Windows and still can’t reach BIOS. What’s going on with this board?

I simply re-flash the BIOS and it works perfectly now. It feels brand new.
