I'm dealing with an MSI Z690 gaming DDR4 and i7-13700K processor after updating the BIOS. I'm experiencing a problem where the old PC restarts right away, the CPU debug light stays on after restarting, and I need to remove power and clear CMOS to turn it back on. Any advice would be appreciated. I've also re-seated the RAM and CPU power cables.
