Specs details: CPU 11600k, PSU 850W, Silverstone OS Windows 11, GPU Gigabyte 3070 Ti, RAM 2x8GB 3200Mhz, Corsair Mobo MSI Z590-A Pro. I upgraded my 970 to a new 3070 Ti and finally got it running, but now the system won’t post and the CPU LED is red from the EZ DEBUG display. I’ve followed MSI’s instructions closely—checked the CPU, verified the pins, tried without RAM, one stick, two sticks, removed GPU, cleared CMOS, rebuilt everything, and checked all cables. Fans and LEDs are working fine, but that red LED is frustrating. Please help me get my new GPU up!

The MSI guide indicates you've already addressed most common issues, such as the CPU ceasing operation or missing the power connector. It suggests checking the motherboard if the CPU functions correctly on a different board.

Check if the issue can be resolved at a repair shop, which may help identify whether it's the CPU or the motherboard. Simply request them to test both components.

Did you disconnect and reconnect all your power cables? It might seem like extra work, but it’s worth it to avoid loose components inside the case. You’d also need to set up a new power line for your GPU and modules—even though they’re great, they can still become messy.

I've handled this before—unplugged the cables and then reconnected them. I'll attempt the same from the PSU now. Let me know if it works.

The mobile was damaged everywhere, but no issues were found. The store didn’t see anything wrong either, so they offered a discount on the replacement, though it seemed quite arbitrary.
