Looking for the MOSFET model used in the vCore and SOC of Z590 Ace from MSI. Also asking about their endurance or capacitance details. No worries, just trying to understand.

This unit is a controller, not a power stage. The Z590 Ace features 16 ISL99390 90A SPS units for the Vcore, making it capable of managing most LGA1200 CPUs easily. Intel's architecture differs from AMD's—Intel uses Vcore, VCCIO, VCCSA and an optional i-GPU rail, while AMD employs a different set of rails. On Intel boards, there are typically more than two main rails, though the lower voltage rails like VCCIO and SA are generally less demanding.
