I assembled a new PC using an MSI X670E Gaming Plus WiFi, AMD Ryzen 9 9950X, and Team T-CREATE EXPERT 64 GB (2×32 GB) DDR5 6000 RAM. Despite this setup, it failed to power on. Both the CPU (red) and DRAM (yellow) EZ Debug lights stayed active. I updated the BIOS to version 7E16v193 and went through all possible troubleshooting steps, but the system still wouldn<|pad|> to boot. The motherboard model is MSI X670E Gaming Plus WiFi, the CPU is AMD Ryzen 9 9950X, memory is Team T-CREATE EXPERT 64 GB (2×32 GB) DDR5 6000, and the PSU is a NZXT ATX 3.1 1200W 80 Plus Gold fully modular unit. The GPU is an EVGA RTX 3080, sourced from an older PC. I’ve tested RAM slots sequentially and swapped modules in DIMMA2 and B2 without resolving the issue. After inspecting the socket, all pins on the AM5 connector appeared intact and undamaged. No one else has reported similar problems with this configuration? Could compatibility with the Team T-CREATE modules be the cause, or should I consider returning the board or CPU? Are there any further tests or BIOS adjustments I should attempt? If I find a fix, I’ll share it and close the thread.

I haven't tried resetting the CMOS yet. Would you like to proceed with that step?

I couldn't take the battery out because a plastic part was obstructing it. I managed to restart the BIOS by keeping the connections for 30 seconds after turning off the machine and unplugging it. Could you suggest an alternative method? Manual: https://download-2.msi.com/archive/mnu_e...IFI_EN.pdf
