You're trying to boost your RAM's speed to 3600Mhz after enabling XMP, using the 2x8 Gb kits from TridentZ for your F4-3600C16D-16GTZNC model. It's currently stuck at 2133Mhz even after clearing the CMOS while the system was powered on. You're unsure what to do next. Your other machine, a 5800X, is running fine.

The CMOS was cleared using a jumper or a specific procedure. Booting the PC afterward may fail until the settings are restored.
