I'm using an MSI R9 380 with 4GB VRAM and MSI Afterburner for overclocking. I need guidance on the optimal settings to reach 1000MHz. My current specs are a 650W PSU, AMD FX 8300 at 3.3GHz, 8GB DDR3 RAM, and four case fans. I want to boost performance while avoiding overheating. Please advise on the recommended Power Limit %, Core Clock, and Memory Clock adjustments.

I would raise the power limit to its highest value (usually 130%) and boost the stock increasing core clock in steps of +20 until a crash or artifacts appear (such as red or blank pixels).
