I'm starting my first PC in 20 years… Please wait. Issue: Motherboard isn't recognizing the CPU (Red LED) and not the DRAM (Yellow LED). CPU signal means it wasn't detected or failed. DRAM signal means it's not detected or failed. GPU signal indicates the GPU isn't detected or failed. Boot status shows no booting device found. Attempts made so far: 1. Updating BIOS to the latest version from here. Seems to work in a few ways – sometimes a slight flash, sometimes turning off the machine, sometimes turning it back on, sometimes flashing faster and finally shutting it down. 2. Trying RAM in different spots. 3. Connecting/detaching the CPU. CPU is an AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D 4.2 GHz 16-core processor. Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 56.3 CFM. Motherboard: MSI PRO B650M-A WIFI Micro ATX AM5. RAM: G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB, 64 GB (2 x 32 GB) DDR5-6400 CL32. Storage: Samsung 980 Pro 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVMe. Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic ATX Full Tower. Power Supply: Cooler Master V850 SFX GOLD 850W, 80+ Gold certified. Case fan: Lian Li Uni Fan SL-Infinity 61.3 CFM, 120mm, 3-pack. I've attached a photo from the build in case of mistakes. I've posted several times on Reddit and other places, but haven't gained much insight. Thanks for any tips and sorry for similar posts before – mine hasn't succeeded where others did. PCPartPicker link: https://se.pcpartpicker.com/list/qm68xH
