I purchased this combo as part of a package containing 16GB Corsair LPX memory, which was mainly what I needed. The seller assured me the motherboard was faulty due to a power surge, while everything else was fine. To verify, I attempted booting in various setups, and only using a Dell power supply with the black button worked. I have LEDs, a fan, and a CPU debug light, but no display output.
