I'm familiar with ASUS BIOS. I've checked the MSI website for relevant software. You can manage fans and other settings beyond overclocking by using built-in tools or BIOS options. Let me know if you need more details!

Dragon Center is connected in the support area for most MSI motherboards. Like other motherboard software, it’s outdated and you’re better off avoiding it entirely and sticking to the BIOS for fan control. https://www.msi.com/Landing/dragon-center-download

Consensus reached, either rely on BIOS for fan curve tweaks or use third-party tools like smartfan. The main reason I consider using the motherboard software is to fine-tune overclock parameters in Windows (BCLK, multiplier, and voltages), though it proves most helpful only when stability is at risk.

Many motherboard software updates cause unexpected issues for users in various reports. It's frustrating. I wouldn't install them myself; the BIOS performs better.

Observe that recent MSI motherboard guides point you to the "MSI Center" page (https://download.msi.com/uti_exe/mb/MSI_...0.38.0.zip) with a note advising users to upgrade from MSI Dragon Center to the official MSI Center for improved experience. While I support the alternative suggestion of relying on BIOS instead of motherboard utilities, I understand the value of the center recommendations.
