I recently changed the bios of my x670e Tomahawk Wifi to Version 7E12v17. However, I saw today that this version was removed from their website, which I originally downloaded. Now only Version 7E12v152 is available. Why was it taken off? Should I go back to the older version that’s still there? I haven’t noticed any problems with the bios yet.

The manufacturer doesn<|pad|>'s decision isn't clearly explained. It might stem from technical issues or problematic BIOS updates users face during installation or with specific revisions.

It seems the system was removed due to problems with M.2 SSD detection and compatibility issues. EXPO also had reported concerns. The recommended solution is to stick with the default BIOS settings or revert to the prior version if you're facing difficulties. https://forum-en.msi.com/index.php?threa...st-2228314
