The MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI only supports up to 4096x2160 at 60Hz. It doesn’t mention 1080p or 144Hz capabilities in the specs. For high-refresh esports titles, you might need a dedicated monitor with higher refresh rates.
It should work fine at 1080@144. The 4k60Hz rate is roughly comparable to 1080@240Hz, so you shouldn't run into problems. Keep in mind this detail applies only when using an APU rather than a dedicated graphics card; with a discrete card, the limit depends on that component.
