You have the B450 gaming pro carbon AC with BIOS 7B85v16 and dual 2x4GB RAM modules. Installing one kit in slots 2 and 4 works fine, but adding the second kit to slots 1 and 3 causes memory issues and prevents booting. What should you try?

I just tried it, the last bios flashed... Still not working even after installing both kits.

I attempted to test each stick, and everything seems okay. However, I’m having trouble getting them to function together all at once. The second kit works fine on another computer I own without any problems. MSI suggested clearing the CMOS first—follow their instructions if you try that. Then reinstall the RAM one by one. If that doesn’t help, they apologized, saying that using two or more RAM sticks together can cause stability issues. If you have any other suggestions, let me know.
