MSI Afterburner OC Issues
I'm trying to boost my MSI R9 390 with MSI Afterburner and set the power limit to maximum, but changing any settings on memory or core clock makes it slow down instead. In CCC it works without throttling, so it seems like a conflict might be causing the issue. Maybe something unexpected is interfering. Thanks in advance.
