msi afterburner curve editor for gtx 1080
msi afterburner curve editor for gtx 1080
If I attempt to reach 2100mhz at certain frequencies or voltages in the curve editor, I receive around 10-15% lower scores compared to doing it manually with a +160 core. Why is that? I’m trying to overclock using the curve editor, but it only lets me go up to about 2139mhz manually, while in the editor I can push to 2240mhz+. Still, the score is significantly lower than at 2139mhz. I need this to work because the manual method stabilizes at around 1.081v-1,075v from 1.093v.
Does a drop in your score mean you're hitting TDP and facing restrictions?
When your score drops, are you missing TDP and facing restrictions?
No, there are no such limits.
