Your 4070 Super from MSI is spinning at high speeds (1700-1800 RPM) during games, which is quite loud. You're trying to adjust the fan settings but can't change the GPU speed, and MSI center only controls CPU and system fans. Someone might be able to help you tweak GPU settings or check for firmware updates.

I've tested it! It functions but the MSI Center alters the afterburner settings, which is really bothersome.
