Heyo, here’s a summary of your build and the issue you’re facing. It looks like your setup includes a Ryzen 7 5800X, an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X GPU, and an MSI 3080 Ventus with 12 GB OC memory. You’re using a Corsair Vengeance 32 GB RGB DDR4 3600 MHZ RAM, an Asus TUF Gaming X570 ELITE motherboard, and a Curiosity P5 Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME SSD with an EVGA SuperNova GA 850 W power supply. You’ve had problems with the GPU underperforming, especially on your X570 Elite, and it seems to work well with your older GTX 1070. You’ve already returned the GPU via RMA but still face the same issue, and even testing it on your older board didn’t resolve it. It might be a compatibility concern between the GPU and the newer motherboard model.

Did you reinitialize CMOS, verify bifurcation options and examine hwinfo or GPU-z? The PCIe bandwidth should be 16MT/sec.

Check the CMOS settings for PCIEX options and look for GPU information tools like hwinfo or GPU-Z to verify MT/sec values.

I finally figured it out. Made a simple update to BIOs and changed it to GEN3, but I’ll revert to GEN4 soon.
