A computer running Office 2010 had Outlook configured to display upcoming tasks when opening a box. The C drive failed, requiring a full Office reinstallation. Now there are no more boxes showing upcoming tasks. Any ideas?

Windows: Edition, version, etc.?
You probably need to locate and adjust the relevant defaults or settings.
The Office version that was installed (whether reinstalled) is likely affected by updates made after recovery.
Returning to a point 11 years ago should be challenging overall.

It's Office 2013 on a Windows 7 system. I managed to retrieve the .pst file from the crashed drive. After restoring it, I opened it through Outlook and everything looked normal except the reminder window didn't appear. Odd, but it did happen.
