I also tried it, but performance was slow and laggy. Even moving apps caused issues. How did your experience be?

Running MS Office on Linux using Wine seems unproductive. However, you might find this link useful: https://github.com/Osmium-Linux/winapps. I've tested it, and it functions adequately for its purpose.

You're using a 4770K with an Nvidia GTX 1060 and 10GB RAM. Assign the Windows 7 guest a 2GB of RAM, two threads, and set the Virtual Video Memory to its maximum capacity of 128MB.
