Also, your system allows security keys. You can adjust this in Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.

Resolved the issue. Open about:config in Firefox. Adjust the following settings to False: - security.webauth.webauthn - security.webauth.webauthn_enable_usbtoken - security.webauthn.ctap2
