I recently installed an SSD and attempted to move Windows to it for quicker startup. I downloaded the installation files onto a USB drive and entered BIOS, but the system blocked saving and exiting to begin the transfer. I’m unsure why this is happening. The board is an older Intel Desktop model, though any guidance would be appreciated. I reached the Windows setup screen but received a warning about ensuring the SSD’s controller was active in the BIOS settings.
